480 LEDs/m High-Density COB Stair Light Strips

Each stair uses a high-density 24V COB LED strip with 480 LEDs per meter. The strip provides approximately 1000-1100 lumens per meter while consuming approximately 10W per meter.

Each strip includes strong adhesive backing for installation on a clean, dry, and smooth surface. The COB strip can be cut approximately every 50mm at the designated cutting points, making it easier to adapt the strip length to your stair tread.

Standard color temperature options include warm white 3000K, natural white 4000K, and cool white 6000K. Depending on the selected configuration, 1m and 1.2m strip options are available.

Measure Your Stair Spacing Before Ordering

The standard main-line cable has approximately 35cm between connection sections. Measure the installation distance between adjacent steps before purchasing.

A 40cm-spacing main-line version may also be available by special arrangement and may require an additional charge.

If your staircase has a landing, corner, or larger spacing, the main line may need to be cut and extended using suitable 4-pin cable.

Basic Installation Guide

1. Measure the staircase. Confirm the total step quantity and check that the main-line connection spacing is suitable.
2. Plan the controller and sensor positions. Position the PIR sensors where movement approaching from the upper and lower ends can be detected.
3. Install the main line. Route the cable along the side of the staircase and follow the directional arrow marked on the main line.
4. Prepare the COB strips. If necessary, cut them only at the designated 50mm cutting positions.
5. Clean the installation surface. Make sure each stair surface is clean, dry, smooth, and free from oil or dust.
6. Install the LED strips. Remove the adhesive backing and press the strips firmly into position.
7. Connect every strip. Plug each LED strip into its corresponding main-line connection.
8. Connect the PIR sensors. Use the supplied extension cable where required.
9. Connect the 24V power supply. Never connect the controller directly to household AC power.

The entire system does not work

Check the 24V power supply, controller connections, and main-line direction. The main line must be installed according to the directional arrow.

The PIR sensor does not trigger the lights

Check the PIR sensor cable and controller connection. Make sure the sensor is positioned where approaching movement can be detected.

The lights switch off too quickly or stay on too long

Adjust the illumination hold-time setting on the controller.
