1. Measure the installation area. Determine the total length and the number of 50cm channels needed.
2. Select the correct profile. Check the cross-section drawing, usable internal dimensions and mounting style.
3. Prepare the surface. Ensure the mounting area is stable, clean and appropriate for the chosen fixing method.
4. Secure the aluminum channel. Use suitable fixing accessories or installation methods for the selected profile and surface.
5. Install the LED strip. Disconnect power, clean the inside of the channel, and position the compatible strip securely with good thermal contact.
6. Connect the lighting system. Follow the instructions for your separately purchased LED strip, controller and power supply.
7. Fit the diffuser and end caps. Install the matching milky white cover and finish both ends with the supplied caps.
8. Test the completed installation. Confirm the light operates correctly, the cover is secure and the strip does not overheat.

Need a Longer Installation? Multiple 50cm channels can be arranged end to end. Plan the joints carefully for a neat appearance. Joining hardware is not included unless explicitly specified.

LED Strip Does Not Fit Inside the Channel

Check the usable channel width and depth, including the LED strip PCB, silicone covering, solder pads and connectors. Choose another profile if clearance is insufficient.

Light Looks Dimmer After Installing the Cover

The milky diffuser absorbs and scatters some light. Verify that the light output of the LED strip is sufficient for your intended application.

Individual LED Dots Are Still Visible

A diffuser cannot always hide widely spaced LEDs. A higher-density COB strip or a suitable deeper profile can help improve uniformity.

Diffuser Does Not Fit Correctly

Confirm that the diffuser matches the selected aluminum profile. Remove installation debris and avoid forcing an incompatible cover.

LED Strip Will Not Turn On

The channel itself contains no electronics. Check the separate LED strip, power supply, controller, wiring and connections according to their instructions.

The Channel or LED Strip Becomes Excessively Hot

Switch off the system. Verify strip wattage, ventilation, thermal contact and power supply suitability. Do not continue operating an overheating installation.
