Refund policy
At MALIIGAZA, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
RETURNS
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Non-returnable items:
- Items that have been installed or used
- Custom-cut LED strips
- Items damaged due to incorrect installation or misuse (e.g. connecting to wrong voltage)
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@maliigaza.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 24 hours.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
EXCHANGES
If you received a defective or damaged item, we will replace it at no extra cost. Please contact us at support@maliigaza.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.
DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS
If you received the wrong item or your order arrived damaged, please contact us immediately at support@maliigaza.com. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
