Which white color temperature should I choose?

Choose 2700K for an extra-warm ambience, 3000K for warm residential and cabinet lighting, 4000K for a neutral white appearance, or 6000K for a cooler, crisper look.

Is this an RGB or color-changing strip?

No. This page offers four fixed white color temperatures. Each selected variant produces one white tone. Choose an RGB COB product when adjustable colors are required.

Can I dim the white COB LED strip?

Yes. Use a compatible single-channel DC PWM dimmer or controller that matches the selected 12V or 24V system. For smart dimming, see the recommended Tuya WiFi controller above.

Is a power supply included?

No. The power supply is sold separately. Choose a regulated DC supply that matches the strip voltage and the actual electrical load of the width, density, and length ordered.

Can I connect this strip directly to 110V or 220V?

No. This is a low-voltage DC LED strip. Never connect it directly to AC 110V or AC 220V mains power. A matching 12V or 24V DC power supply is required.

Should I choose a 5m or 10m reel?

Choose based on the measured material requirement, not only the longest possible run. A 10m layout needs deliberate power-distribution and voltage-drop planning and should not automatically be treated as a single end-fed run.

Which width and density should I choose?

Start with the available mounting width. Use 3mm or 5mm for narrow details; select among the 8mm densities for standard-width layouts; choose 10mm when the mounting area fits the 528 LEDs/m option.

Can I cut the strip?

Yes, at the marked cut points printed on the selected strip. Exact spacing can vary by model and voltage, so do not use one assumed cutting interval for every variant.

Can this strip be used outdoors or in a bathroom?

The current product classification is IP30 for dry indoor use. Do not use it where the strip may be exposed to water, condensation, or outdoor weather.

What is the difference between 12V and 24V?

Both versions require matching DC power and controls. A 24V system is commonly preferred when voltage drop needs closer management over longer layouts; the final choice should follow the full project design.

Do I need an aluminum profile?

A profile is not included and is not what creates the COB strip's continuous light appearance. A compatible profile can be added for mounting, protection, heat management, or a particular finished look.
