Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Non-Returnable Items
- Cut-to-length LED strips (custom cut orders are final sale)
- Items damaged due to improper installation or misuse
- Products with removed or damaged labels
Defective or Damaged Products If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@cooleeon-led.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos or video of the defect/damage
We will offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund at our discretion.
Return Process
- Email us at support@cooleeon-led.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective
Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges We offer exchanges for the same item in a different specification (e.g., color temperature, wattage). Contact us at support@cooleeon-led.com to arrange.
