LED strip does not turn on
Check the power adapter, controller connection and strip polarity. Make sure all connectors are fully inserted.
Remote control does not respond
Check the remote battery and confirm the controller is powered. Reduce the distance between the remote and controller during testing.
Bluetooth app cannot find the controller
Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on the phone and stay close to the controller during initial connection.
Strip does not light after cutting
Check that the strip was cut exactly at the marked cutting point and that the connector contacts align correctly with the strip pads.
Adhesive does not hold securely
Clean and dry the mounting surface before installation. Rough, dusty or oily surfaces may require additional mounting accessories.
