Basic Installation Guide
- Select the correct controller. Match DIM, CCT, RGB, RGBW or RGBCCT to your PWM LED strip.
- Disconnect power. Complete all wiring with the power supply switched off.
- Connect the LED strip. Follow the polarity and output channel markings on the controller.
- Connect the DC power supply. Use only DC 5-24V within the controller rating.
- Connect your Zigbee gateway. Make sure a compatible Zigbee 3.0 gateway is online.
- Add the controller. Open Smart Life or Tuya and add the controller through the Zigbee gateway.
- Configure your lighting. Adjust brightness, color temperature or color functions according to the controller version and connected LED strip.
Troubleshooting Guide
The controller does not appear in the app
Confirm that a compatible Zigbee 3.0 gateway has already been added to Smart Life or Tuya and that the controller is within suitable wireless range.
The LED strip does not light
Check power supply voltage, wiring polarity, strip type and controller version. The LED strip must be a compatible PWM strip.
Colors do not match the app
Verify that the controller version and LED strip channel type match and that each output wire is connected to the correct terminal.
The controller becomes unusually hot
Disconnect power and recheck total load, voltage, wiring and power supply capacity. Do not exceed the controller's rated electrical limits.
Important Safety and Compatibility Notes
- A Zigbee 3.0 gateway is required. The controller cannot connect to the smart app without a compatible Zigbee gateway.
- No physical remote control support. Control is designed for the smart app and compatible smart-home voice platforms.
- DC 5-24V only. Never connect the controller directly to AC 110V, AC 120V, AC 220V or AC 230V mains power.
- PWM LED strips only. This controller is not designed for SPI digital or individually addressable LED strips.
- Match controller and strip type. DIM, CCT, RGB, RGBW and RGBCCT versions are not interchangeable when the LED strip wiring type is different.

I have bought three of these controllers for dimming hafele led light strips and bulb. I had no issues pairing this with philips hue bridge and all three controllers are working as expected.
The controller works exactly as it should. The pairing with the smart rotary knob also functions perfectly. However, at the lowest setting, it flickers slightly.
