Installation Guide
- Choose the correct controller version for your LED strip.
- Confirm that your LED strip operates within DC 5-24V.
- Disconnect power before wiring.
- Connect the DC power supply to the controller input.
- Connect the LED strip to the corresponding controller output.
- Check polarity, wire order, input and output before applying power.
- Waterproof all exposed wiring joints when used outdoors or in wet areas.
- Power on the system and complete pairing through Tuya Smart or Smart Life.
Troubleshooting
Controller Does Not Power On
Check the DC power supply voltage, polarity and input wiring. The controller requires DC 5-24V.
LED Strip Does Not Respond Correctly
Confirm that the controller version matches the LED strip type and verify the output wire order.
RGB or RGBCCT Colors Are Incorrect
Check that each channel wire is connected to the correct controller output.
Cannot Connect to the App
Check the WiFi connection and repeat the Tuya Smart or Smart Life pairing process.
MESH Remote Does Not Respond
Check remote compatibility, battery condition and pairing status.

- DC POWER ONLY: Never connect the controller directly to AC 110V, 120V, 220V or 230V mains power.
