Installation and Pairing Guide

Install a Tuya-compatible Zigbee gateway and add the gateway to the Tuya or Smart Life app.
With power disconnected, connect the compatible 24V LED strip to the correct output terminals.
Connect the AC input wiring correctly to an AC 180-240V supply.
Power the unit on and off three times. Leave approximately 4-5 seconds between power cycles. The connected LED strip should flash when pairing mode is activated.
Add the power supply from inside the Zigbee gateway interface in the Tuya or Smart Life app.

Troubleshooting

The device cannot be added to the app

Confirm that a Tuya-compatible Zigbee gateway is already installed and added to the app. Repeat the three-cycle power pairing procedure if necessary.

The LED strip does not respond correctly

Check the V+, CW- and WW- output wiring and confirm that the connected LED strip is designed for DC 24V operation.

Single color dimming only uses part of the app control range

This is expected when a single color strip is connected to only one of the two CCT output channels.

Power supply stopped after an electrical fault
