The strip operates on low-voltage DC power only. Always match the exact output voltage of the power supply to the selected strip.
Power calculation: Strip length (m) x 12W/m = total LED strip load. For additional operating margin, choose a power supply rated at approximately 1.5 times the calculated load.

NEVER CONNECT THE LED STRIP DIRECTLY TO AC MAINS POWER.
Do not connect this DC strip directly to AC 110V, 120V, 220V or 230V. Direct mains connection can destroy the strip and create a serious electrical hazard. The 12V version requires a regulated DC 12V supply; the 24V version requires a regulated DC 24V supply.
Recommended for Outdoor Projects
Choose a suitably rated waterproof LED power supply for installations that may be exposed to moisture. For a 5m strip, a compatible 100W power supply provides more than the suggested 90W capacity.

11. Installation Guide - Simple Steps for a Professional Finish
- Plan your layout. Measure the installation area, choose your light color and confirm the required length.
- Check the voltage. Confirm DC 12V or DC 24V and prepare a regulated power supply with adequate wattage.
- Prepare the strip. Fully unroll the strip, inspect the silicone enclosure and check for transport damage.
- Cut to length if required. Disconnect all power. Make a clean cut at the desired position according to the free-cut design and the instructions for your compatible connector.

A cut section does not work
