Package configuration is determined by the variation selected at checkout. Plug types for supplied power adapters are matched to supported destination regions, including US, EU, UK and AU.

1. Plan your layout. Measure the installation area and ensure the strip length, power capacity and controller match your project.
2. Prepare the surface. Clean and dry the mounting surface. For improved heat dissipation and a neat finish, consider a compatible LED aluminum channel.
3. Cut only at marked points. The strip has an approximately 71.5mm cutting interval. Disconnect power before cutting.
4. Check the signal direction. Connect the controller output to the correct strip input, following the printed signal-flow arrows and terminal labels.
5. Connect the low-voltage system. Connect the LED strip to the compatible controller and properly rated DC power supply, following the included wiring guide.
6. Configure the app. Install Tuya Smart / Smart Life or BanlanX, according to the selected controller, then follow its pairing instructions.
7. Test and mount. Fully unroll the strip, test its functions at a safe operating temperature and install it without sharp bends or excessive twisting.

AC Mains - Compatible DC Power Supply - Smart Controller - Addressable RGBW COB LED Strip

Only the AC input of a properly rated power supply may connect to mains voltage. Follow the specific controller's wiring and signal-direction diagram.

LED Strip Does Not Light Up

Check that the power supply is functioning, the voltage matches the system and all low-voltage connections are correctly wired.

Only Part of the Strip Works

Check controller settings, supported pixel count, connection direction, possible strip damage and power delivery along the installation.

Incorrect Colors or Animation

Confirm the controller supports the strip's RGBW dual-IC arrangement and that the relevant IC and color settings are configured correctly.

App Cannot Find the Controller

Check the controller's pairing mode, Bluetooth permission and WiFi requirements. Use the correct app for your selected controller.

Remote Does Not Respond

Check whether the remote is included, compatible, powered and correctly paired with the controller.

WARNING - DO NOT POWER THE STRIP WHILE COILED. Always unroll the LED strip completely before switching it on. Operating the strip on its reel can trap heat and damage the LEDs or PCB.

WARNING - NEVER CONNECT TO AC 110V/220V/230V DIRECTLY. The LED strip and controller must receive the correct regulated DC voltage from a compatible power supply. Direct mains connection may destroy the electronics and create a serious electrical hazard.

FOLLOW THE SIGNAL DIRECTION. Observe the arrows printed on the PCB. Reverse signal connections or incorrect wiring can damage the addressable ICs.

AVOID BENDING DAMAGE. Do not excessively twist, fold, stretch or sharply bend the strip around ICs and solder joints. Never step on loose or uninstalled LED strips.

USE COMPATIBLE HARDWARE. Standard analog RGBW controllers are not interchangeable with addressable SPI RGBW controllers. Verify operating voltage, wiring, IC configuration and controller compatibility.

INDOOR USE. This product is presented for indoor lighting. Do not expose the strip or controller to rain, standing water or persistent moisture unless the specific purchased version is explicitly rated for those conditions.

It is a high-density COB strip that supports digitally controlled color segments and a dedicated white channel. This model combines addressable RGB with 3000K warm white lighting.

2. How is this different from a regular RGBW LED strip?

A regular analog RGBW strip typically changes color across its entire length. An addressable RGBW strip supports separately controlled segments for flowing and chasing effects.

3. Can I use only the 3000K warm white LEDs?

Yes. The dedicated 3000K white channel supports independent warm white lighting through the appropriate controller settings.

4. Does the strip support warm white chasing effects?

Yes. Its dual-control design supports sequential warm white effects with a properly configured compatible controller.

5. How many LEDs are there per meter?

The COB strip contains 784 LEDs per meter for smooth, high-density decorative illumination.

6. What is the cutting interval?

The smallest cutting unit is approximately 71.5mm. Cut only along designated cutting marks with the power disconnected.

8. Which app should I use?

11. Is this COB LED strip waterproof?

This product is intended for indoor installations. No waterproof IP rating is specified for the standard strip, so it should not be treated as waterproof.

12. What power supply does this RGBW strip need?

Use a regulated DC power supply with the voltage required by your selected strip and controller. The strip is rated at 18W/m; allow suitable power headroom when sizing the supply.

13. Can I connect the LED strip directly to 220V?

No. Never connect the LED strip or controller directly to AC mains voltage. A correctly rated DC power supply is essential.

14. Can the LED strip be extended?

Additional compatible strip sections may be used if supported by the controller, power supply and wiring. Longer runs may require power injection to maintain consistent operation.

15. Can I install this RGBW COB strip on stairs?

It may be used for indoor staircase accent lighting. Automatic motion-sensor step sequencing requires an appropriately compatible staircase control system.

16. Why does my strip display incorrect colors?

Possible causes include incorrect controller configuration, incompatible IC settings, signal direction, wiring errors or insufficient power.

17. Can I use a normal RGBW controller?

No. A conventional analog RGBW controller is not automatically compatible with this WS2811-based addressable RGBW strip. Choose the proper digital controller.

18. How long does the LED strip last?

Actual service life depends on operating temperature, electrical loading and installation conditions. Correct power supply sizing and effective heat management help maintain reliable performance.

19. Does the controller remember my settings?

Compatible controllers provide power-off memory to restore saved lighting settings. Exact behavior depends on the selected controller and its configuration.

20. Does the product have safety certifications?

Certification information depends on the exact strip, controller and power adapter supplied. Please request applicable compliance documentation before using the product in a project requiring specific approvals.
