Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
SHIPPING TIMES
Estimated delivery times vary by destination:
- Europe: 5–12 business days
- North America: 7–15 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 7–15 business days
- Rest of World: 10–20 business days

SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free shipping may be available for orders above a certain threshold — check our current promotions for details.
TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your order on the carrier's website or via our Track Orders page.
CUSTOMS & DUTIES
