Reliable Power for Your LED Lighting

The MALIIGAZA DY-CB LED power supply converts household AC power into stable DC 12V or 24V power for LED strip lighting. Its ultra-thin aluminum housing, honeycomb heat dissipation design, short-circuit protection and overload protection make it a practical choice for indoor lighting projects.

Compact LED Transformer for Clean, Hidden Installations

A good lighting installation starts with the right power supply. The DY-CB series is designed specifically for LED lighting systems that require DC 12V or DC 24V output.

With wattage options from 60W to 500W, it is easy to match the transformer to small cabinet lighting projects, longer LED strip installations or higher-power decorative lighting systems.

Why Choose the DY-CB LED Power Supply?

Ultra-Thin Housing

Compact dimensions help the transformer fit into cabinets, ceilings, furniture and other concealed installation spaces.

12V or 24V Output

Choose the correct DC output voltage to match your LED strip or compatible LED lighting system.

60W to 500W Options

Multiple power levels make it easier to build anything from a compact lighting setup to a larger indoor LED installation.

Protection Built In

Short-circuit and overload protection help protect the power supply during abnormal operating conditions.

Aluminum Heat Dissipation

The aluminum shell and honeycomb ventilation structure are designed for efficient passive heat dissipation.

Quiet Operation

Passive cooling allows the power supply to operate without cooling fan noise.

Designed for Practical LED Lighting Projects

High Thermal Conductivity Aluminum Housing

The metal enclosure helps transfer operating heat away from internal components. Honeycomb-style ventilation openings increase the available heat dissipation area while keeping the power supply compact.

Secure Screw Terminal Wiring

AC input and DC output use screw terminals for firm electrical connections. The 60W model uses one DC output channel, while 100W through 500W models provide dual DC output terminals for more convenient wiring.

Multiple Voltage and Wattage Combinations

Select DC 12V or DC 24V output with 60W, 100W, 150W, 200W, 300W, 400W or 500W rated power. Always match the voltage to your LED lighting before connecting power.

Multiple AC Input Options

The 60W through 300W versions support AC 110-250V input, making them suitable for a wide range of mains voltage environments. The 400W and 500W versions are designed for 220V-class regions and must not be used on 110V or 120V mains.

LED Lighting Compatibility

This power supply is designed for LED lighting systems that require constant DC 12V or DC 24V input.

How to Choose the Right Wattage

For better operating margin, we recommend keeping the connected LED load at approximately 70% or less of the power supply's rated capacity.

Example: If your LED lighting consumes 200W, calculate 200W / 0.7 = approximately 286W. A 300W power supply is the appropriate choice.

Package Includes

1 x MALIIGAZA DY-CB LED Power Supply

LED strip, controller, wiring accessories and other lighting equipment are not included unless specifically shown as part of the selected package.

Basic Wiring Guide

  1. Disconnect AC power before wiring.
  2. Confirm that the selected power supply output is DC 12V or DC 24V as required by your LED lighting.
  3. Connect the AC live wire to the terminal marked L.
  4. Connect the AC neutral wire to the terminal marked N.
  5. Connect LED positive to V+.
  6. Connect LED negative to V-.
  7. Check all terminals carefully before restoring power.
  8. Make sure the total connected LED load does not exceed the selected power supply rating.

Troubleshooting Guide

LED lights do not turn on

Check AC input wiring, DC polarity, terminal tightness and whether the LED voltage matches the power supply output.

LED strip is unstable or does not operate correctly

Confirm that the connected LED load is within the power supply capacity and that the LED strip uses the correct 12V or 24V input.

Power supply becomes warm or hot

The aluminum housing dissipates operating heat, so noticeable surface heat can occur during use. Always operate the unit within its rated electrical limits.

400W or 500W model does not work on 120V mains

The 400W and 500W versions are intended for 220V-class mains regions and are not suitable for North American 110V or 120V mains.

Important Safety Notes

  • Do not reverse the AC input and DC output terminals. Incorrect wiring may damage the power supply or connected equipment.
  • Match the output voltage exactly. Use a 12V power supply with 12V LED lighting and a 24V power supply with 24V LED lighting.
  • 400W and 500W versions are not for 110V or 120V regions. They are intended for 220V-class mains areas.
  • Choose a power supply with adequate reserve capacity. A maximum operating load of approximately 70% of rated power is recommended.
  • The aluminum housing may become noticeably warm during operation as it dissipates heat.
  • Designed for LED lighting applications only.
  • Intended for indoor LED lighting installations. No outdoor waterproof rating is specified for this product.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. Should I choose a 12V or 24V LED power supply?

Choose the same voltage required by your LED lighting. A 12V LED strip must use a 12V power supply, while a 24V LED strip must use a 24V power supply.

2. Which models support AC 110-250V input?

The 60W, 100W, 150W, 200W and 300W versions support AC 110-250V input.

3. Can I use the 400W or 500W model in the USA or Canada?

No. The 400W and 500W versions are designed for 220V-class mains regions and should not be used on 110V or 120V mains.

4. How much power supply capacity should I choose for my LED strip?

For better operating margin, keep the connected LED load at approximately 70% or less of the transformer's rated power. For a 200W LED load, choose approximately 300W.

5. Does this LED driver have one or two DC outputs?

The 60W version has one DC output. The 100W through 500W versions provide dual DC output terminals.

6. Is this LED power supply silent?

The DY-CB uses passive aluminum heat dissipation rather than a cooling fan, helping provide quiet operation for indoor lighting installations.

7. Is it normal for the aluminum power supply to become hot?

Some surface heat is normal because the aluminum housing transfers heat away from internal components. Always keep the connected load within the rated electrical limits.

8. Is this LED transformer waterproof?

No waterproof IP rating is specified. The product is intended for indoor LED lighting applications.

9. Can this power supply dim my LED strip?

The DY-CB is a power supply rather than a dimming controller. Dimming capability depends on the compatible controller and LED lighting system connected to it.

10. Does this LED driver work with smart home systems?

The power supply itself does not provide smart control. Smart app, remote or voice control functions depend on the compatible LED controller installed between the power supply and lighting.

11. Can I use this transformer with COB LED strip lights?

Yes, when the COB LED strip requires the same DC 12V or DC 24V output and the total power consumption stays within the selected power supply capacity.

12. What do L, N, V+ and V- mean?

L and N are the AC mains input terminals. V+ is the positive DC output and V- is the negative DC output for the LED lighting.

13. Does the power supply include short-circuit and overload protection?

Yes. The DY-CB design includes short-circuit and overload protection.

14. Is a small difference in output voltage normal?

Yes. An output voltage variation of approximately +/-3% is listed as normal for this power supply.

15. What indoor lighting applications can this LED power supply be used for?

Typical applications include cabinet lighting, kitchen lighting, bedroom ambient lighting, ceiling lighting, feature walls, furniture lighting and other compatible indoor LED installations.

16. Can I use this power supply for non-LED equipment?

This DY-CB series is designed for LED lighting applications. Use it only with compatible LED lighting systems that match its voltage and power specifications.
