Basic Installation Guide

Plan the installation route and confirm the required strip length.
If shortening is required, cut only at the marked cutting position.
Clean the mounting surface and make sure it is dry, smooth and free from dust or grease.
Remove the adhesive backing gradually and press the strip firmly onto the installation surface.
Connect the LED strip to the controller.
Connect the controller to the supplied power adapter.
Connect the adapter to the correct AC wall outlet only after all low-voltage connections are complete.

Troubleshooting

LED Strip Does Not Turn On

Check that the LED strip, controller and power adapter are firmly connected and that the adapter is connected to a working wall outlet.

RF Remote Does Not Respond

Move closer to the controller and make sure there are no major obstacles or excessive distance between the remote and controller.

Bluetooth App Cannot Find the Controller

Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone and remain close to the controller during connection. This product connects by Bluetooth and does not require a Wi-Fi gateway.

Part of the Strip Stops Working After Cutting

Confirm that the strip was cut exactly at the designated 32mm cutting position. Cutting outside the marked position can damage the circuit.

Important Safety Notes

1. Never power the LED strip while it is still tightly wound on the reel. Heat cannot dissipate correctly and the LED strip may overheat or become damaged.

2. Never connect the LED strip or controller directly to AC 220V mains power. The LED strip must be powered through the supplied power adapter according to the correct connection sequence.

3. Cut only at the designated cutting marks. Cutting elsewhere may permanently damage the LED strip.

4. This is not a Tuya smart lighting product. It does not support Alexa or Google voice control.

5. Confirm all connections before applying power.
