If the transformer must be installed far away from the beginning of the LED strip, an additional 2-pin extension cable may be required and is not part of the standard kit.

Basic Installation Guide

1. Plan the layout. Measure the installation area and determine where the strip, controller and power supply will be located.
2. Check the signal direction. Follow the arrows printed on the LED strip. RGBIC strips must be connected in the correct data direction.
3. Connect the strip to the controller. Make sure the connector orientation and wiring sequence are correct.
4. Connect the controller to the 24V transformer. Never connect the controller or strip directly to household AC mains.
5. Test before mounting. Unroll the strip completely, connect the system and verify normal operation.
6. Prepare the mounting surface. Clean and dry the surface before removing the adhesive backing.
7. Mount the strip. Apply gentle, even pressure without excessively twisting or sharply folding the PCB.

Do not treat a 20m, 25m or 30m kit as one single continuous strip powered only from one end.

Individual strip sections are kept to approximately 10m maximum, with the required additional power connection or power supply arrangement used for longer kits.

Important Safety Notes

1. DC 24V LED system only.
Never connect the LED strip or smart controller directly to AC 110V, 120V, 220V or 230V household electricity. Always use the supplied transformer power supply.

2. Never power the strip while it is still tightly wound on the reel.
Unroll the strip before testing or operating it. Heat can build up rapidly when a high-power LED strip is operated while coiled.

3. Follow the arrow direction on the strip.
Reversing the RGBIC signal direction may prevent normal operation and may damage electronic components.

4. Use the correct power layout for long kits.
A continuous strip section should not exceed approximately 10m. Longer kits use multiple strip sections and additional power connections.

5. IP30 indoor product.
This version is not designed for direct exposure to rain, water or high-moisture outdoor environments.

6. Cut only at marked cutting positions.
Cutting elsewhere can damage the circuit and prevent the affected section from working.
