Troubleshooting Guide
The LED strip does not turn on
Check the DC power supply, controller input voltage, wiring polarity and LED strip connections.
The controller does not work correctly with the strip
Confirm that the strip is an SPI RGB addressable LED strip. This controller is not designed for ordinary PWM RGB LED strips.
App connection is unsuccessful
Confirm that you are using the Tuya or Smart Life app and follow the supported WiFi and Bluetooth connection process.
The RF remote does not respond
Confirm that the remote is compatible, correctly paired and fitted with 2 x AAA batteries.
Important Compatibility and Safety Notes
- SPI RGB only: This controller is designed for compatible SPI RGB addressable LED strips. It cannot control ordinary PWM RGB LED strips.
- DC 5-24V only: Never connect the controller directly to AC 110V or AC 220V.
- Wrong voltage can damage the controller immediately.

No issus, running a 10m with 24v leds just connect a 24vdc p/s and connect only 3 wires. just remember the led connection is usually, red- positive, white- negative, green- signal- d. doesn't have brightness control in preset scenes, but u can program yourself any scene with brightness. works with music no issues by device inbuilt mic or playing songs from phone. unfortuantly doesnt work from phone mic.. measured 140 watts max current draw on 10m string. 24v input, 14v at end of string (voltage drop) using a 10a 24vdc p/s. at 50% brightness breathing on purple and pink it only uses about 24w max. another top smartlife/tuya device. my favourite branded wifi stuff. been using them for 8 years, never fail!

I bought this one as my second cut i was satisfied, the effects are not as good as aled but works with tuya and the remote also good the only things are there screw driver breaks before i untighten the screw for the second time too so probably bring yours otherwise it just works and is a fair controller if you want a bigger life comfort than thoseecheap leds but don't want to pay someone to do it this is a pretty good way just remember to match the led strip type and you are good (voltages and stuff like that matter too but it's specific so i won't say much about that here you can always just search it or ask the helpful store support)
Got the controller+remote setup. I already had 1 controller and leds setup at home but was missing a remote function and adding another led to the room.
I had to trimm sone excess protection off the wires before installing but other than that everything worked fast. Led fired right up and the inclued instructions on pairing the remote worked instantly for both led strips.
The remote has 4 channels
Each channel can control either a single led or if you group leds first,then each channel can indeed control multiple leds at once.
The touchpad on the remote,which i thought was just decoration,works flawlessly. The remote also cones with a remote holder and a screw and adhesive to secure the holder.
I have the controllers in a seperate room from the remote and am quite impressed with the flawless reception

The controller itself is good, it can be controlled from both the remote, the app, and Alice, but it does not support the ws2815 strip as stated, it does not correctly address color signals, so it did not suit me.

Great product, very robust and with plenty of configurations. What could be better is the music mode; it leaves a lot to be desired as it is not responsive. Also, the do not disturb mode doesn't fully turn off when there's a power outage.
